Refund policy

Because our  products are custom-made for each order, they cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we do not offer refunds.

However, we understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. If you need to make an adjustment, we're happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  For exchanges, customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us with your order no and we will supply return instructions

If your item arrives *damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. In this case, you will be eligible for a full refund or an exchange. We will always work with you to find the best solution. *This does not apply if your dog chews or damages the item in anyway or fro m misuse.
